Power of the mind in aiding weight loss - 1 to 1 Breakthrough Sessions
Being a nutritionist I can tell you the best nutrition information about what you need to eat and when in order to lose weight but if you do not align your mind and focus it, the hidden, often buried beliefs, carry on sabotaging your ability to reach your weight loss goals.
These beliefs vary with each individual, for example:-
1) Someone that was told they were their favourite child by an old aunt as they "were the cute, cuddly, chunky one", never remembered that conversation but their unconscious mind did and as the unconscious is very literal, and wants to keep us happy, it ensured they remained "chunky" as believed deep down that must keep them happy... until this belief was removed.
2) Another client of mine believed that if they were lacking in energy, tired or unwell then they had an excuse to stop focusing on losing weight, so ended up constantly being tired, sleeping badly, and feeling unwell. Once these beliefs removed the client started sleeping better, felt better most of the time and was able to focus on losing weight.
So by removing negative emotions and limiting beliefs and installing new positive ones it allows the unconscious mind to be aligned with our intentions and goals enabling us to lose weight much easier and more effectively than before.

So how do we remove these beliefs sabotaging your weight loss?
I use a combination of Time Line Therapy (TM), NLP and Hypnotherapy, of which I am a Master in, that allows me to release any rubbish hidden in your psyche, install new positive beliefs, align your mind with positive, motivating focus and lock it in place using hypnotherapy, along with tools that allow you to keep focused over time.
