How do we Improve our Mood and Deal with Stress, Anxiety and Depression?

It is important to address these issues separately, and in unison when needed, as often get wrapped up together. For example stress and anxiety can result in heightened emotional states as in a flight or fight response, whereas depression comes from a low emotional state with low energy levels (Shut Down response).

However, the root cause hidden in the unconscious mind may be the same but we will only know this through strategic questioning, as you may consciously not remember them anymore.

So How Can I Help You Improve Your Mood?

To help you improve your mood and become free of stress, release your mind from a depressed state, stop those anxious thoughts and feelings, and allowing you to be more relaxed, I use a range of skills. The skills include knowledge & techniques including NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy (TM) and nutrition to enhance self confidence, worth, mood, reduce anxiety and tackle the depression.

So to be more specific:-

1) Understand what is making you Stressed/ Depressed/ Anxious
2) Release any limiting beliefs and negative emotions that may be preventing you from being free of these states.
3) Install new positive beliefs that will allow you to focus on being relaxed and the desired states you wish to be and the goals you wish to achieve.
4) Undertake tasks that will help you remain relaxed and learn new positive habits and skills
5) Understand how we can effect our minds with the language we use, ensuring you are being congruent with your desires of being relaxed and free of these states.
6) Diet – Ensuring the nutrition you are receiving from your diet aids relaxation and mood
7) Support and strategies to Take Action!!!
