This is because they are not designed for long term weight loss that stays off.

The best recipe for success for someone to lose weight and keep it off, is to address both the mind and the body and my 1 to 1 weight loss program takes a whole body and mind approach.
In order to do this it is vital that an individual’s mindset is dealt with first removing any deep, limiting beliefs and/or negative emotions and change their values that may be derailing them currently from reaching their weight loss goals.
We do this using a range of techniques, skills and tools. Once this is sorted we can then move on to providing you with the right nutrition advice for you.

Hence I find the most effective process since becoming a Master Practitioner is using therapy for weight loss which is a combination of my NLP coaching, Time Line Therapy (TM) coaching and Therapeutic Hypnotherapy, alongside my clinical nutrition and health advice. The winning combination!

A GUIDE to how I deal with Weight Loss, and know the process is tailored to each client, so may vary slightly

  • A food, lifestyle and emotional daily diary is completed by the client for 2 weeks
  • I use a combination of Time Line Therapy (TM), NLP, & Hypnotherapy to Release the key negative emotions & limiting beliefs that are held within your unconscious and sabotaging your weight loss freeing your mind to feel calmer, more motivated and focused.
  • Installing new positive beliefs that will help you make this change easily and effortlessly and aligned to someone who will be a healthy weight.
  • Use hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to start healing the body and mind and direct your unconscious to increase your metabolic rate to become a healthy weight ideal for you.
  • Give you tools and understanding about the language we need to use for our minds to work the most effectively and skills to reinforce and tap into the positive wellness within.
  • Set SMART goals and place them within your Time Line so your unconscious mind has clear instructions of what it needs to achieve and by when (Conscious mind is the goal setter whereas the Unconscious mind is our goal better)
  • Elicit your values related to health, well being and weight loss, which are basically your unique motivational factors, and see if your main values are aligned to losing weight and moving towards a healthy weight. If not we tweak them so that they motivate you towards your health and weight goals and are not working against you.
  • Food and nutrition advice are provided to ensure you get the best results now and for your long term health
  • Understand the type of eater you are
  • Recipe advice, menu planning can be included
  • Tasking to include physical activity and support to achieve these overall goals
