These beliefs and values will keep pushing you to that critical point where you are no longer able to deal with stress and anxiety. They need to be removed or changed into positive and healthy ones.
When you change, and the root causes dealt with, you will be more relaxed, laid back, and confident, a person who is unaffected by stress and also understands the boundaries that are acceptable and needed to function in a balanced way.
