In recognition of Marriage Week running between 7-14 February,I,want to celebrate the diversity and vibrancy of marriage as the heart of a healthy, happy, family life.

Couples that were in a loving relationship stated their health as good or excellent, whilst the health was stated as poorer for those who weren’t in such a strong relationship. Research also shows couples in a happy marriage live longer and even couples who argue in a loving and positive way were shown to have better immune systems than those couples who showed negative behaviour towards each other. I can help you learn new skills to take your marriage from good to very good by helping you build strong and lasting bonds and remove any negtive feelings or limiting beliefs that may have started to cause irritations about your partner, and potentially sabotage your relationship. We can then install the positive feelings you may have forgotten you had for a while and align both your values to a common goal.
Clients call the coaching process I use as “a constructive, empowering and more successful alternative to counselling, with life changing results.”
To celebrate marriage week, I am offering a half price hypnotherapy session in order for you to both feel great and happy in your marriage. Quote marrwk when booking. Nicky says “I can help you remember why you fell in love in the first place and keep the spark alive!”
