What do you see in the mirror? How do you feel about yourself? Is it positive or negative?

I know that has been my ‘problem’ always wanting to achieve and be better. Chastising myself for what I said or did or how I negatively perceived I came across.
I always tried to please others to the point I would run myself into the ground trying. It turns out that this was my limiting belief and need to be accepted by others
However it’s how you handle these challenges and emotions is what is important. I found that having someone help me remove these negative emotions and limiting beliefs causing this blockage, has helped me accept myself and be happy with who I am. This gift is something I like to share with my clients, as it’s life changing when you are set free from those burdens.
Once you accept yourself, you begin to change, the more you accept yourself, the quicker you change.
The Acceptance Paradox works when you accept who you are and how you are, and by seeing the good and beauty within yourself, spontaneous changes happen. We start to make healthier changes and slowly this becomes second nature.

Rather than self love resulting in not losing weight through becoming comfortable with yourself, self love often leads to losing weight. It is important to note that weight loss isn’t an attempt to be someone or something that you love more but originates from someone or something you’re starting to love, just as you are.
That’s how the Acceptance Paradox works and if you want help or advice on anything that you feel is stopping you from loving YOU, please get in touch, as love to give you the opportunity to be free to accept and love yourself.
