How do we Deal with Stress, Anxiety and Depression?It is important to address these issues separately, and in unison when needed, as often get wrapped up together. For example stress and anxiety can result in a heightened emotional states as in a flight or fight response, whereas depression comes from a low emotional state with low energy levels. However the root cause hidden in the unconscious mind may be the same but we will only know this through strategic questioning, as you may consciously not remember them anymore.

4) Undertake tasks that will help you remain relaxed and learn new positive habits and skills
5) Understand how we can effect our minds with the language we use, ensuring you are being congruent with your desires of being relaxed and free of these states.
6) Diet - Ensuring the nutrition you are receiving from your diet aids relaxation and mood
7) Stress busting & nurturng therapeutic massage combined with reiki and reflexology helps release the physical effects of stress & depression and the reiki helps reenergise the body, lock in the positive benefits of the massage and gives the mind clarity and focus.
